Evaluation Policy
How nominee applications are reviewed and how community voting fits into the iSpeak Awards process.
Application review
Each nominee application is reviewed by the iSpeak Awards administration team before it is approved for publication. The review checks that the application is complete, the nominee is presented in an appropriate category, and the submitted profile is suitable for display on the platform.
An application may remain pending while it is being reviewed. Approval makes a nominee eligible to appear in the public directory; it does not guarantee a particular result.
Community voting
Published nominees can receive votes during the voting window. The current scheduled window is 2026-10-26 through 2026-12-19, inclusive. The home page displays whether voting is open.
Voting activity is recorded by the platform and displayed in nominee and administration views. The administration may review activity and take action on entries that appear invalid or inconsistent with these guidelines.
Results and integrity
Vote totals are used to show community support and inform category results. The administration may investigate suspected abuse, correct an evident technical error, or remove activity that cannot be treated as a valid vote.
Please use the platform honestly. Do not attempt to interfere with the service, misrepresent a nominee, or manipulate voting activity.
Questions about a review
If you need help with an application or believe there is an error in a nominee profile, contact the team with the nominee name and a clear description of your concern.
